Export Services VESSEL SAMPLING PROCEDURES Cll Laboratory Services has become a trusted partner with our customers by providing accurate, impartial and timely results. This is accomplished by conducting all testing in an environment of complete confidentiality. The following listing of internal protocols is provided as assurance of our commitment to maintaining that trust. Our customer will provide Cll with the port location, vessel name and approximate loading date. Cll will contact the export elevator to request FGIS sealed samples for each sublot and a composite sample for the shipment. The Cll Laboratory Services representative will be on-site for the entire vessel loading. Cll Laboratory Services will obtain the FGIS Inspection and Weight Loading Logs and complete a separate Cll Log. Cll Laboratory Services will expedite the analysis of these samples. Results will be reported to the customer by fax and couriered by Federal Express or DHL. Should any results be out of specification, CII will call our customer to inform them and to arrange a recheck on the same samples, if the customer desires, at no additional cost. Reporting of the results to anyone other than the customer will be only with the express permission of our customer. Any additional submitted samples for settling the contract must be agreed upon by both parties. Additional caveats such as number of rechecks, file samples, etc. may be added to the contract, and Cll will be happy to abide by any such additions as long as Cll is made aware of the definitions.
